Each month, I offer a series of heart-centered classes designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, and herbal wisdom, these gatherings invite you to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. Each session offers a gentle space to restore balance, nurture resilience, and build community through shared practice and presence.

    60 minutes | Sliding scale $35–45
    These seasonal workshops weave together herbal wisdom, Ayurveda, and hands-on learning. Each month focuses on a different theme β€” from fire cider making to herbal oil infusions and Ayurvedic self-care rituals. You’ll leave with practical knowledge, recipes, and herbal creations to integrate into your daily life.

    60 minutes | Sliding scale $20–35
    Slow down and reconnect through restorative, meditative movement. Yin Yoga invites stillness and deep release in the connective tissues, helping to calm the nervous system and increase flexibility. Each session is accompanied by gentle guidance and grounding themes drawn from mindfulness and Ayurveda.

    45 minutes | Sliding scale $15–35
    A guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a space for reflection and heart-centered discussion. Each class centers around a monthly theme β€” compassion, resilience, or presence β€” integrating mindfulness practices and positive psychology tools to nurture awareness and connection.
