About Me

After a life-changing car accident in 2014, Siena turned to the healing practices of yoga, herbalism, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and reiki. What began as a personal journey of recovery has since evolved into a lifelong calling.

She has studied in Bhutan, Nepal, Italy, and Costa Rica, blending diverse traditions with her own lived experience. Siena is a 500-hour RYT, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Herbalist, and certified Yin Yoga and meditation teacher. She also holds dual master’s degrees - one in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and another in Intercultural and International Communications from American University - and currently works as a contractor with the United Nations.

Coming from a lineage of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga instructors, Siena has practiced yoga all her life. She deepened her training through an herbalism program in 2019, ongoing clinical herbalism work in Shenandoah since 2021, and a year-long Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy certification. In 2021, she completed UCLA’s Training in Mindfulness Facilitation, weaving together eastern philosophy and western psychology to create an accessible, integrative approach to mindfulness.

Her path has also included months spent in Buddhist monasteries in Nepal and Bhutan, meditation immersions in the Rocky Mountains, and work at trauma centers in Northern Ireland. As a Love Your Brain instructor, she offers yoga and mindfulness practices for those recovering from brain injuries, and her teaching continues to focus on resilience, healing, and community.

Siena’s classes are more than movement - they are spaces of grounding, reflection, and transformation, and healing.
